Firstly I would like to thank you for your beautiful work and support.
I have a small problem with the Eight-Degree theme. I have tried two multilingual plugins(Polylang and bestwebsoft) but any of them works correctly with this them!
Bestwebsoft works better than Polylang. The unique problem was that it can get(include) the posts translation content in the HOME page but not the pages translation content(we still have the default language text in the other languages)!
– Can you please suggest me what plugins work correctly with this theme? Or if you have a solution to my problem(How to put Bestwebsoft to include the translation in the HOME page)?
– I am wondering if I will have the same problems with the pro version too?
Thanks a lot in advance.
Have a nice day

It seems that our theme doesn’t support Bestwebsoft Multi-language plugin. May be you need to add extension for customizer’s text translation compability. But, WPML and PolyLang plugin supports customizer’s text translation.
So, we recommend PolyLang Plugin to use. In PolyLang you will need to go to Admin dashboard -> Polylang -> String Translation. Here you will find all the setting from customizer and you can translate it.
Hope you understand it.

Thanks a lot for your reactivity and quick answer.
I have already tried Polylang and that doesn’t work correctly with this theme.
The problem is not about the “String Translation”.
After installing Polylang and customising correctly all the settings, translating pages, posts, categories etc. the HOME page has displayed all the content(texts and images) of my two languages in the same time and randomly! The same phenomena in the slide too(has displayed all the posts and pages content instead of my two sliders in the slider category)!
The HOME page of the theme become not able to distinguish between categories and dislay the languages translation in the same time but randomly!
Examlpe: Instead of three blocs in the “Service” category of the HOME page I got several blocs of my two languages and the icons(images) have changed randomly too in some of them using icons of other categories and so on.
NB: I am a webdesiger and I have several years of experience using WordPress etc.
Thanks a lot for your help.

Did you add category in new language? for eg: you create a category called “Service” then you have to create new category for blog in new language(for eg: in spanish language, you need to create new category called “Servicio” ). After create category you will need to add all english service posts in “Service” Category and all spanish service posts in “Servicio” Category. Then, go to Admin Dashboard -> Polylang -> String translation and find ‘eight_degree_theme_category_service’ and add id of category ‘Service’ in english text field and ‘Servicio’ in spanish text field.
Same process for all categories like Slider, featured, blog, portfolio, team and testimonial. This will help you to show the post of selected language only.

Thanks a lot for your reactivity,
I have tried your instructions and every other possibilities but still have some issues.
1- The slider displays elements(texts and photos) from the other categories too(blog, service, testimonial etc.).
2- The HOME page displays the “contact” page content instead of the content of each category post/page content!

Thanks a lot for your suggestion, it is really very kind of you.
I am still trying it in local.
Can you juste tell me please how to deal with the HOME page? And the particularities of this theme that we have to know to translate it correctly?
1- If I have to translate the HOME page or not? With the same title and “slug” or not etc.
2- The default HOME page is french and it is a “statique” page(in WordPress settings). Do I have to do something to convert the HOME page of the other language(english) in a statique page too or something like that?
3- There is apparently nothing to translate for the HOME page in the “String translation”?
And about the translation of the categories in the “String translation”. Do I have to use the categories titles ou their “slug”?
I have tried all these possibilities of course but knowing which ones are good helps me to stay in the good direction.
Thanks a lot again and very sorry if I ask too much.
Have a nice day

No problem about your question.
1- If you have 2 languages, then you will have to make 2 homepage in different languages.
2- you don’t have to do anything to convert the HOME page of the other language(english) in a statique page.
3. Can you please send me the screenshots of category, post, page and string translation list in email@example.com
